The location.

Toilet (employee/customers) in the middle of breakfast room. Comfort - only one central light (X-ray), any table or soft local lights. Noise from floor hall.

The staff was ok and also the location (very close to the tram station).

The rooms look nice only in photos. When you get there you see everything in the room is pretty dirty, damaged and of very very bad quality. I wouldn't recomment this hotel!
